For so long i've wanted to have a feature like this. Quite similar idea to the distant songs heard in Fallout 3 ATMOS. Thou this time its actually synchronized with the sound sources and has song shuffling.
New songs are also integrated to normal Strip radio and vice versa with vanilla songs.
Enjoy the eerie and magical ambience this feature creates.
