Virtual Hosted S3 API in VMware Cloud Director Object Storage Extension v1.5
VMware Cloud Director Object Storage Extension (OSE) allows Cloud Director users to consume and operate S3-compliant object storage service that is fully integrated into Cloud Director. Cloud Director Object Storage Extension integrates with the Cloud Director and industry leading object storage vendors to enable STaaS for service providers and their tenants.
This demo introduces the differences between S3 path style API and virtual hosted style API, and the DNS setting example for enabling virtual hosted style API. It also tells how to configure cross-origin access control for buckets through OSE UI.
