Formatting Elements and Commenting in HTML. (Part 3)

This is a video about formatting elements which means that your text is displayed in a different manner that the usual, and commenting which means that the text you "comment" is not visible in your webpage, so it's kind of like a guide. Sorry for the stammers and gaps.
