Draw People: Part 1 - Proportion
In this easy figure drawing tutorial I explain how to draw people, adults and children successfully in proportion. By using the head of the person as a measure, I explain how beginners to drawing can achieve proportion in their drawings. Step by step I show how to measure the head and use this to work out the proportion of a child or an adult. In general terms the small child's body is around 4 times the size of his head, whereas in an adult the body can be up to 8 times the size of the head.
