Welcome to "Stitch the Season" the online slow stitching challenge for the 2021 Christmas Season. Stitch the Season kicks off with this Plannning & Prep Video, showing my process for making the blank ornaments to prepare them for 10 days of Stitching Prompts starting November 27, 2021.
Slow stitching for beginners | Slow Stitching - Stitch the Season: Planning & Prepping the Ornaments
Here's how it works:
1. Watch the video, showing how to make 10 unfinished ornaments, the basis for our stitching prompts.
2. Create your own 10 unfinished ornaments, ahead of time, with hanging cord, dangling tail, and numbers on the back.
3. Watch the Prompt Videos, #1-10, starting November 27th. On those days, follow along with the prompts and stitch your ornament by themed prompt.
4. Hang the ornaments, when complete.
5. Snap a photo of your ornaments and post on social media with #stitchtheseason.
