This is a super video from a camera trap about a marten, a camera that was installed in the forest in early February. The stubborn marten showed itself in action: all night and morning it tries to eat a piece of fat that was fixed on a tree. The forest animal goes hunting late at night, the marten moves freely in the dark. She circles around the bait for a long time. She is smart and distrustful, cunning, cautious and brave. The marten looks like a cute, defenseless creature, but it is an insidious predator that knows how to stand up for itself. Jay especially liked the nuts.
