Prostate Milking Instructions
How do you do a #prostatemassage? Here are the instructions:
1. Have a #bowelmovement prior to (you may also use an #enema).
2. Organize your essentials (#gloves, #lube, #massager, towels, wipes, #toycleaner).
3. Cut and trin nails!
4. Get comfy.
5. Lubricate area outside, inside and apply to finger or masaager (may use a lube plunger to put lubricant inside the #rectum).
6. Sit on massager once it is inserted and rock pelvis to apply pressure to the #prostate.
7. Move finger on circular or up and down motions.
8. Stop when done!
