Cucumbers canned according to this recipe are stored at room temperature for up to two years.
📌Ingredients:
Cucumbers 7kg
Salt - 50g per 1 liter of marinade;
Sugar - 30g per 1 liter of marinade;
Vinegar 9% - 70 ml per 1 liter of marinade.
Garlic 1 large clove per jar;
Black peppercorns;
Mustard seeds;
Dried chili pepper flakes.
WE POUR THE FIRST WATER, MAKE THE MARINADE ON THE SECOND WATER!
Marinade consumption per jar:
-capacity 1.5 liters - 650 ml;
-capacity 1 liter - 400ml;
-capacity 0.5 liters - 200 ml.
Total marinade is about 5.5 liters.
The resulting output from 7 KG CUCUMBERS: jars cap. 1.5l - 3pcs;
jars 1l - 6pcs;
jars 0.5l - 4 pcs.
