The professions most prone to emotional burnout: programmers, businessmen, artists, athletes, bloggers, doctors, teachers, educators, psychologists.
Work factors that contribute to the onset of emotional burnout:
1. Uncertainty in terms of the result of work
2. uncertainty in terms of deadlines
3. helplessness - you cannot influence any factors in work
4. giving more than you receive
5. high stakes: all the time at stake is victory or defeat

7. you have to play a role and not be what you really are.

1) Those who have been forbidden from childhood to rest when are tired. Who has a rest mechanism broken. You were forced to overcome yourself a lot at any cost: as a child, you went in for sports, forced to study excellent, go to competitions children, cinderella-type education (many housework responsibilities). Work since childhood.

Stages of burnout:
1. The rise. Addiction. Preoccupation with work, enthusiasm, delayed, blockage of work. Stage of wild passion, dimes. Everything is going well , you think about work all the time, fever.

2. Fatigue. Chronic stress
Irritability. Fatigue. Hypersensitivity to loud sounds. Draws on salty / fatty / sweet foods, alcohol, smoking.
Insomnia, burning head, acne on the back, aggravation of gastritis, ulcers, often suffer from SARS, hair loss, anal fissure. Anxiety, fears about the future.
3. Reversible exhaustion.

Those who are prone to psychosomatics begin physical illnesses of still reversible stages. Stage 2 treatment: Organization of rest. Establish mechanism Tired - Take a rest. Learning to track and recognize fatigue.
Vacation cycles: 1) every day (until you feel relaxed, we don’t take up new things); 2) once a week (all days off without work !!!) 3) once a month - a bright, full of adventure. 4) once a year - in addition to all others, at least a month of quality rest should be gathered.

Stage 3 treatment: Sabbatical. Long leave from work of indefinite duration paid by the employer. During the Sabbatical, you can do absolutely anything you want.
