If you wake up feeling lethargic and not rested this is for you. If you have a dry mouth in the morning or get up during the night to use the restroom there is a good chance you're mouth breathing at night. Nasal breathing is important not only during our waking hours but for the 1/3 of our day when we are sleeping too.
