Google introduced a new UI Design Language in their upcoming Android 12, called Material You. As you probably guessed it's all about personalisation, but it also shows a departure from minimalism, into a more organic, friendly set of patterns. Here's my first impressions about the UI change, not focusing on UX here too much, but the visuals are quite interesting in term of UI and graphic design.
