Drawing Raven from Teen Titans, I drew her casting a spell with her hood down, and the wind in her hair.
I played around with the "Add layer" and shading to make her feel more in the moment.
I haven't found any filter functions that can maybe make her feel more in the shade or light on Ibis Paint yet. So I had to manually adjust the lighting and shadows.
Working on a short animation with this as the base, hope to upload it at some point.
