Diorama Artist (Nakkal) Alper Bıçaklıoğlu - A Diorama Documentary
Turkey's most comprehensive diorama documentary "Nakkal" is on air with its tenth episode.
In the tenth episode of Nakkal, a Diorama Documentary, there is Diorama Artist Alper Bıçaklıoğlu.
Alper Bıçaklıoğlu, who said that he immortalized the buildings that were open to extinction in another time period, with his diorama; He explained that his problem was not to make people forget some works in the history of graffiti in Türkiye.
The master, who said that the buildings with art on the outside attract me, said that he wanted to transform the buildings that have lived in his soul into a diorama.
He talked about how he made a diorama of a destroyed building in Istanbul Yuksek Kaldirim, how the toilet papers stolen from the toilet diorama he made during an exhibition made this art realistic, how he got into trouble because of the graffiti on a diorama he shared a photo of.
Upon a question asked by the director of the documentary outside of the diorama, Alper Bıçaklıoğlu explained what kind of a dystopia the future will be and that the world we live in is actually a dystopia.
