I know beside the clothes' folds, you will struggle with background and clouds. Drawing background with clouds will make things look dreamer but for beginner it's not easy to draw a dreaming cloud. Me too at the beginning. That's why I make this tutorial.

You can use all those steps for other digital platform as well. But it kinda inconvenient without the specific brush, so it will work better for Medibang. I will upload my brush soon ;) Check my Facebook fanpage for the settings.
