This is the toughest worm boss in MW3 ZOMBIES. You to kill this boss in Gas. once the time is over and zone spread the spawn area then only you can activate and spawn the boss also there is lots of mini boss and lvl 3 zombies. Zombies are constantly chase you and attack you while you try to kill the boss. And top of that you have to refill your gas mask in several times between the fights.
I suggest go with Golden armor, he'll hound which will revive you and the Aether blade.
