WCDI | Documentary on losses in the mango value chain in Kenya
Stakeholders in the mango supply chain are affected by post-harvest losses in different ways. Farmers, traders, transporters, consumers, and the Kenyan Government is also affected. Addressing Food Loss and Waste (FLW) requires different intervention efforts and most importantly coordination and partnerships between stakeholders who will all profit from reduction and mitigation of post-harvest losses.
