The best recipe for Lenten cookies! Baking without milk, eggs or butter! For tea.

Ingredients:

Flour ~ 230-240 grams
Corn starch - 100 grams
Sugar - 90 grams
Vegetable oil - 120 ml.
Water - 120 ml.
Baking powder - 1 heaped tsp
Vanilla
Salt - a pinch

Sprinkles:
Cane or white sugar - 2 tbsp. (30 grams)
Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.

Bake at 180°C ~ 15 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven
