1 cup maida
1 cup grinded sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
7 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup milk
note: bake the cake in the cooker initially at high flame for 5 mins and then 10 mins at medium flame.
