Hey! i just improved a lot the old Ticket System code from the old Ticket System video, with this one you can open the ticket with a button, you can summon a ticket panel, you can claim the ticket, you can set a staff role, a ticket category, you can enable and disable the ticket system, and you can Close & Save the ticket, and you can open the ticket back if you want to :)
Here's a full list of all the commands this new system includes:
- (prefix)enable-tickets
- (prefix)disable-tickets
- (prefix)set-ticket-category {category ID}
- (prefix)remove-ticket-category
- (prefix)set-staff-role {@role}
- (prefix)remove-staff-role
- (prefix)ticket {subject, optional} (to open a ticket)
- (prefix)setup-ticket (to summon a "Click to open ticket" menu)
- (prefix)panel (to summon a ticket panel to manage the ticket if you don't want to use the main buttons)
- (prefix)close (to summon a panel to close the ticket)
The first 6 commands of the list above are all in a same code with your bot prefix as trigger!
