Starting your Microsoft Teams Phone or Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) project can be a little overwhelming. Even for the most experienced IT professional. Chances are you’ve had your current phone system and video conferencing solution for a long time, and you may even have it rolled out around the world to hundreds of offices with tens of thousands of users. Then along comes Microsoft Teams, first for chat, collaboration, and meetings and now phone and video? As a Microsoft Principal Technical Specialist focused on Teams (and former Cisco Collaboration Architect), let me walk you through how to approach a project like this. In this video I will review the various bits and pieces of these large scale projects, break them down into bite size chunks and also introduce you to our partner ecosystem, which we rely on heavily to round out our solutions.
