Sugar - 150 grams
Egg - 2
Kefir (or yogurt) - 250 ml
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Baking powder - 10 grams
Vanilla
Salt - a pinch
Raisins - 100 grams
Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
Baking form size 25 * 11 cm
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 - 45 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the oven's characteristics.
