Kalimari Desert (Poorly Made Beta Recreation) - Mario Kart 64 OST
A beta version of Kalimari Desert can briefly be heard in the 64マリオスタジアム/64 Mario Stadium event in 1996. Usually, the melody is played by an organ in the left ear and a bass-type instrument in the right ear. However, this version has the bass-type instrument in both ears. I attempted to recreate this by extracting the Kalimari Desert music from a MK64 rom and replacing the organ instrument with the bass instrument. The drums did not extract properly so I tried my best to copy them. This is likely extremely inaccurate, but it seems to be the best anyone has tried to do so far.
