June 29th is International Fisherman’s Day! This day originates from St. Peter and St. Paul’s Day as St. Peter is the patron saint of fishermen.
For today, Howard letterpress printed an electrotype (copy of a woodcut) that was made in the 1930s. This cut depicts a fisherman reeling in the catch of the day.
