Meta Quest 3S Review: Should You Get The 3S?!
Hey everyone! Meta sent me a Meta Quest 3S to review a couple weeks ago and I have been playing it non-stop since. Today is the embargo (which is why there are so many videos out today on it) and tomorrow is when it is actually coming out. It is coming in 128GB and a 256GB and will be $299 / $399 and then the 512GB Meta Quest 3 was discounted to $499. If you don't feel like watching the whole review, essentially what I said is that this is a Quest 2.5. It has the Quest 3 chipset meaning it will be able to play all the cool new VR games, it has the same RGB cameras as the Quest 3 meaning it will be good for mixed reality color passthrough but otherwise, it is essentially a Quest 2. If you are looking to get into VR or are buying it as a Christmas present for your kid(s) I think it is the perfect option or but if you have owned another VR headset for a long time and have been thinking about upgrading, you might be better of with a Quest 3.
