Gibby! is a spin-off that never made it past the pilot stage. iCarly is no stranger to spinoffs with Sam & Cat (which also failed) having been released. Gibby's spinoff was known to be in production at some point, and the pilot episode was considered lost media until very recently, when someone found and uploaded the full episode.
