Welcome to my channel, where you're in for an exciting dive into the world of Spanish! In this video, we'll look at three important time markers in Spanish: hace, desde, and desde hace. You'll learn how to use them correctly to express temporal relationships and semantic nuances. I'll guide you through a variety of contexts and examples so that you master these time markers with confidence and ease.

Today, we will take a deep dive into the world of time markers in Spanish - hace, desde, and desde hace. These expressions have their own usage patterns, which we'll break down in detail.

Hace: The time marker “hace” is used to express time periods in the past. For example: “Hace tres años I learned Spanish” (Three years ago I learned Spanish). In this video we will look at the different contexts in which “hace” is used and teach you how to construct correct sentences with this time marker.

Desde: “Desde” denotes the beginning of an action or state at a certain point in time. For example: “Trabajo aquí desde 2010” (I have been working here since 2010). I'll show you how to use “desde” to indicate the exact time an action or event began.Desde hace: This time marker combines “desde” and “hace” to indicate the duration of a time period. For example: “Estudio español desde hace dos años” (I have been learning Spanish for two years now).

In the video, we will learn how to form sentences with “desde hace” and what kind of temporal relationships it expresses. Don't miss my lesson to better understand these time markers and make your Spanish speaking skills more confident and literate.
