A Nice Radical Equation | sqrt{a+sqrt(b)}=cbrt{7+sqrt(50)}

here we have a nice radical equation with both squareroot and cuberoot
we are supposed to find the cuberoot of 7+sqrt(50) first
then we will find the values of a and b satisfying the equation
