Lemon curd recipe in grams:
3 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
200 grams Sugar
140 grams Fresh Lemon Juice (measure the amount - you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
The zest of 3 Lemons
80 grams of Butter
15 gr Corn Starch

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (measure the amount - you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
