Cloak of Defiance can be replaced with a random rare chest with life, biscos collar can be replaced by

Karui Charge

Gems for all the endgame stuff is in the Path of Building, Bandit is Alira, Pantheon is Yugul and then

Crab for defense or Lunaris for clearspeed

Least important endgame 6link is Faster Proj

Gems for leveling is Frostbolt, Faster Casting (Spell echo at 38) Controlled Destruction, added cold,

added lightning, Elemental Focus (In order of importance)
You also want Orb of storm Increased Critical Strikes for Leveling
Shield Charge Faster Attacks Fortify once you start using a scepter.
