In 2014, Loway ran a call-center survey for the Asterisk platform; we were not aware of previous work in that area, and we found a lot of interest.This year, we plan to launch a similar survey and we plan to offer it not just to QueueMetrics users (our customer base) but to the community of Asterisk contact centres in general.
