A Pakistani citizen was arrested for planning an attack in New York City in support of the Islamic State. The US Department of Justice said 20-year-old Muhammad Shahzeb Khan is accused of plotting a mass shooting attack on a Brooklyn Jewish centre. The attack, planned around October 7, would have followed one year after Hamas' attack in Israel.
