This guy was driving when a pickup truck driver hit the back of his vehicle. They both pull over, but the pickup truck soon takes off. It turns out that a cop was running radar, and witnessed the crash and the other driver fleeing the scene and quickly pursued and caught them. Instant karma for a hit and run, they got a big fine in the end.
