One app that you can use to change the video background is VN Video Editor. However, the VN app can only change the green screen background or one color background and can't change the video background without a green screen alias abstract.
How to change video background colour in VN app. Add a replacement background first, import the video whose background will be changed at the sticker layer, open the Chroma menu, set the picker to the background to be removed, then adjust the opacity until the background is completely erased and replaced with a replacement background.
