Hey tech enthusiasts! 🔥 Ready to take your Arduino skills to the next level? Join us in this exciting DIY project where we build a Bluetooth-controlled car using Arduino! 🚙📲
📋 Materials Needed:
Arduino Uno
Bluetooth module (HC-05/HC-06)
Motor driver module (L298N)
DC motors with wheels
Chassis
Battery pack
Jumper wires
Smartphone with Bluetooth control app
🔨 Steps to Follow:
Assemble the Chassis: Start by assembling the car chassis. Attach the DC motors to the chassis and secure the wheels. Ensure the motors are firmly in place for smooth movement.
Connect the Motor Driver: Connect the DC motors to the L298N motor driver module. This module will control the direction and speed of the motors.
Setup the Arduino: Connect the motor driver module to the Arduino Uno. The motor driver’s input pins go to the Arduino’s digital pins, and the motor power supply should connect to the battery pack.
Integrate the Bluetooth Module: Connect the HC-05/HC-06 Bluetooth module to the Arduino. The TXD pin of the Bluetooth module goes to the RX pin of the Arduino, and the RXD pin of the Bluetooth module goes to the TX pin of the Arduino.
Upload the Code: Write and upload the Arduino code to control the car via Bluetooth. You can find plenty of sample codes online or tweak them to suit your needs.
Pair with Smartphone: Use a Bluetooth control app on your smartphone to pair with the HC-05/HC-06 module. Make sure the connection is successful.
Test and Enjoy: Once paired, use the app to control your car! Move forward, backward, left, and right by sending commands from your smartphone.
💡 Pro Tip: Customize your car with LEDs, sensors, or a camera for added functionality and fun! 🌟
