Arturia's Dist COLDFIRE VST Plugin is Disgusting!
Dist COLDFIRE is Arturia first big swing at a distortion VST plugin effect. If you're new around here. I'm a huge fan of distortion effects. Especially, on bass (specifically an 808). We'll explore some of the presets, look at the UI, and test it on multiple sources. The only thing that might hold back Dist COLDFIRE (outside of the goofy name) is the CPU load. It's extremely CPU taxing! However, I think all plugins with strong DSP emulation has that trade off.
