This tech on Jeff the Land Shark in Marvel Rivals doesn't make the reload animation shorter but allows you to cast e during reload downtime.
Guide: press e after the reload bar is over halfway done or Jeff will restart the reload, wasting time.
This works on the healing (LMB) reload as well as the damage (RMB) shown in the video.
