hello!
as a major homebody this is about everything fun i did over the three months i was in shanghai... if i had gone alone i would've explored even less i think 🧐
the entire footage was originally close to an hour but i'm pretty sure i just edit with an attention span that's been fried by tiktok... please let me know if some clips are too short HAHA rewatching the same bits over and over again while editing makes me think they're boring
i tried to make my editing more consistent this time with the title cards, sound effects, and transitions...! at the moment separating my clips into little chapters makes the most sense to me, because i like these videos to be kind of the same theme rather than splicing all the videos i filmed in a specific month together (i am pretty sure i spent some weeks just rotting in the apartment lol)
i also like using the outtakes section to put random clips that i didn't want to leave out but also didn't quite fit the theme... retaining the audio of them is supposed to be for the vibes HAHA idk if it translates that way or if it just looks sloppy. i have to say finding the right music is still something i have to work on 🤔
