Woman STEALS Cop’s GUN
In Golden Valley, 51-year-old Brenda Kay Thomas was arrested after shooting a Mohave County deputy in the hand. Responding to reports of an erratic woman with a gun at the Maverick County Store, deputies arrested Thomas for disorderly conduct with a weapon and resisting arrest. However, as she was being escorted out, Thomas managed to grab the deputy's gun from its holster and fired, injuring him. Another deputy used a stun gun to subdue her. The injured deputy received medical treatment, and Thomas now faces additional charges, including attempted second-degree homicide.
