Running for a Cause in the Avera Race Against Cancer - Medical Minute
For 35 years, people of all ages have come together to rally around cancer survivors during the Avera Race Against Cancer. Each year, the race raises hundreds of thousands of dollars to support local cancer patients and research. Teams formed for race day also play a big role in fundraising. We’re introducing you to member of one team that’s been a part of the annual tradition for many years.
