A major cruise ship diverted Sunday to Virginia instead of returning to the Port of Baltimore. The Carnival Legend was supposed to return to Baltimore but was rerouted to Norfolk, Virginia, due to blocked access to the Port of Baltimore after last week's collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Officials have been working to figure out how they can help those passengers. Carnival decided to send the ship to Norfolk and offered buses to bring passengers back to Baltimore.
