In this video we will talk about the culprit of the surface cutting and stabbing pain along the inner surface of the thigh and knee joint - about the sartorius muscle.

Tailor Muscle: Anatomy

The tailor muscle (in Latin, musculus sartorius) is the longest muscle of the body. The average length of its fibers is 43.5 centimeters. At the top, it attaches to the anterior superior iliac spine, goes down obliquely along the anterior surface of the thigh, passing to the internal and attached from below with a tendon to the tibial tuberosity in front of the tendons of the thin and semi-tendinous muscles.
