Shanghai: Scooter / Car Accident- Hit and Run in Front of my Eyes
I seen this accident happen today right in front of me. A speeding car hits this buy on the scooter and his helmet goes flying into traffic where all the other cars start to run over it. Seems the guy was unconscious upon impact. It was a hard hit. I pray this guy was okay.
