My method is pretty simple, just eat less food. It is not rocket science. Overall, eating less food equals less calorie intake. Spread your meals out, eat snacks here and there. My stomach has shrunk now and one meal i can spit into two now, sometimes three.
Yea i still eat tons of junk food, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza, etc. Just eat less, its the easiest way to loose weight. Of course its better if you workout/exercise too but how many of you can really keep up with that?
I am 5'9" and 3 months ago i was 185lbs. Right now i am sitting around 156lbs. And guess what? I have a six pack now like never before and i am feeling better than ever. I feel better and more in shape now then i did when i was 20. I am 31 now!
