1919. Siberia is ruled by Admiral Kolchak. 32 villages, not recognizing his authority, united into the Soviet Bajey Republic. This republic has become a formidable force in the rear of the white troops. It is headed by the red partisan General Pyotr Shchetinkin. The command of the White army is seriously concerned about the actions of the partisans and even attempts to directly physically eliminate Shchetinkin by sending a murderer to him. But that one is exposed. Then it is preparing a large-scale punitive operation against the entire Bajey Republic, with the involvement of a large number of troops, but the intelligence of the Reds will also find out about this. The partisans, realizing the threat hanging over them, adopt an audacious and unexpected plan for the whites — to leave for Mongolia and, having received the support of the Mongolian people, strike at the rear of the Kolchak army.
