Ruve and Steve build the perfect family escape, simply getting back to basics | GridFree Living
Are you a member of NZMCA NZ? If so, this episode is for you! Ruvé and Steve took on a massive project when they purchased a section in Whangaroa, which came with a cozy cottage, a view of a pine plantation, and a lot of stairs to walk up every time they parked. They wanted to get back to basics, enjoy the birds, and create the perfect space to spend time with their family. So, they constructed a beautiful area that includes three cabins, a bathroom, and a kitchen. To connect it all together, they built a U-shaped deck, creating an absolutely idyllic family holiday escape for their kids and grandkids. Additionally, they dug out a lovely caravan park-over spot for the members of NZMCA NZ to use. They were inspired to do this after traveling in a 5th wheeler for two years.
