Warframe - Subsume AND Keep Your Frame!

Subsuming a frame usually means feeding it to helminth, but apparently if you look around either your orbiter, drifers camp or even the dormizone, you have a chance of finding AND saving your frame from helminths stomach.
You do have to do a mission with it once you find it without swapping back to your frame, but worth it if you get to keep your frame after right?
