Razorback Armada has returned and he's after the strata relay on Earth and we have to stop them before they destroys it! also don't hurt to get an easy 200k credits and orokin catalyst too!
The alu's to build the cipher are obtainable from the neptune mobile defence missions, you need 3 ciphers to get the reward from the mission as have to do it 3 times.
He is able to drop gorgon wraith parts aswell as the 120% puncture mods, is also fun little boss battle.
