Hi there its Nei again and welcome to another episode of my vlog. Today we’ll go healthy but not so healthy hehehe. I tried recreating one of my favorite appetizers from long ago, the Crispy Kangkong. Been trying to make this recipe but I always fail to make it extra crispy, then after several trials and errors, I finally got it! The batter made it extra crispy. Partner it with Mayonnaise or your favorite vinegar. Without further chitchats, here is my recipe of Crispy Kangkong.

Ingredients:
For the Batter:
1 Egg
¼ cup of All-purpose Flour
¼ cup of Cornstarch
80-100 ml of Water
¼ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Sugar
¼ Tsp. Pepper
¼ Kgs. Kangkong leaves
Note: This recipe can make several batches of Crispy Kangkong, you can always adjust the ratio of the ingredients if you want to make more. ^__^
