Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel. Today is the last day of March and we are blessed with some beautiful, big shrimps. Thanks to some relatives for this bounty ^__^. Today we will be cooking a very famous dish that’s good for “pulutan” and also paired with rice, we are making “Salted Egg Shrimp”, I know there are lots of styles cooking this dish, I have tried several like fried and have sauce on it. I loved it both and I wanted to try it again. Well, here it is, my version of the Salted Egg Shrimp, I hope you try cooking this and let me know how it tastes! ^__^

500 grams Shrimp
3 Salted Egg
4 Tbsp. butter
1 cup Milk
1 medium onion
7 cloves of garlic
Chilis
Sugar
