How To Convert a Low-Resolution Logo into a High-Resolution Vector
First, crop the logo to get rid of anything you don't need.
next, resize the logo to 300 PPI.
Now, if you have colors in your logo, you need to save them. Because we need to turn this into black and white.
Next, if you have a PNG with transparent background, apply a white background.
Now, blur the edges with a gaussian blur. Turn your layer into a smart layer before doing this.
You can now add a level curve adjustment layer to sharpen the image. Merge the layers once you made the edit here.
Now, select the magic wand tool and remove the background.
Then, hold Command or Control and select your layer's thumbnail.
Select the Marquee tool and right-click and make a work path.
Click the direct selection tool and right-click and create a vector mask.
Now you can export it as a vector file such as SVG.
